From a very young age, we are taught to behave in a way that pleases others, in order to be accepted and loved. Does that imply that we aren't good enough the way we are?​

It is the message our little brains register, and most of us will go through life wondering why we never feel good enough.

Some of us become such masters at shape-shifting, peace-keeping, selflessness, that even we believe this is who we are. We might even find pride in that... for a while. But satisfaction from a place of sacrifice is not sustainable, and our life starts feeling unfulfilled... only to cripple us with guilt.


Sometimes it all gets too much and we explode, be it inward or outward, and shame is added to the mix.

In these moments, we really don't like ourselves very much... but it's not us we dislike, it's who we've become.

This intensive program kick-starts your journey to reconnecting to your un-censored, playful self. The self that existed before all the layers of expectations were added until you got lost in a labyrinth, trying to adapt and to please.

HOW IT WORKS

DAILY VIDEOS

Each day you will have access to short video (5-15 minutes) where I present a concept and an exercise for you to either do during the video or after watching it in your own time.
I suggest you reserve 30 minutes every morning for yourself to go through this exercise.

WEEKLY LIVE GROUP CALLS

A total of 8 group zoom calls of 1 hour will be planned to exchange challenges, dig deeper into the process and where I can answer any questions you may have.
Building this connection with others allows us to create a supportive dynamic where you are an important contributor.

1-TO-1 COACHING SESSIONS

We will set up 3 personal coaching sessions over the period of the program, so that you and I can work on the very specific challenge you are dealing with in the moment.
This is your special time and my attention will be purely focused on helping you connect to your best solutions.

BONUS 1: THE WORKBOOK

A large part of the program is journaling, and I invite you to dedicate a notebook to your work. To help you out, you will have access to an illustrated workbook that can be downloaded day by day to help guide you through the exercises and give you a physical reference to go back to.

BONUS 2: DIRECT ACCESS

Between the weekly calls and the 1-to-1 coaching, you will have access to me and the rest of the group directly via en electronic platform.
You can reach out any time during the week and there will always be someone to support you.

This week is all about creating a new space in our mind and reconnecting to the useful things we have access to while clearing out the things that weigh us down.

Week 2

CONNECTING TO ALL OF YOU

We tend to see the analytical side of our brain as the only source of thinking power.
During this week we access other sides of our body and brain to help us feel and understand what is right for us.

Week 3

PROBLEMS... WHAT PROBLEMS?

Sometimes we can get lost in a vicious circle when looking for solutions. That's because we keep asking the same questions, and keep looking in the same place for answers.
This week we change our approach to problems, and solutions.

Week 4

DECISIONS, DECISIONS...

The decisions we make directly impact the life we live. It's therefore essential to know how to make decisions that are truly right for you.
Week 4 is all about tools and exercises that help you tune into your deepest convictions.

Week 5

BREAKING FREE

As we approach the second to last week of the program, it's time to truly let go of the things that we're still hanging on to.
During week 5 we look at how you can create letting go techniques that really work for you.

Week 6

YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION

Whether you're looking to inspire others or not, when you feel inspired, you become an inspiration.
In this final week we look at inspiring models of the world and how you can create your own feeling truly connected.
